About me

Hello, I'm Ami!

I work with organisations at pivotal moments of change. When you’re designing what comes next, or when you’re realising your new structure needs to translate into new ways of working.

Change creates opportunity. But it also creates a gap: between what’s designed and what’s actually happening, between structure and culture, between intention and reality.

This gap is natural. It’s not a failure, it’s the space where transformation happens.

My work is helping you navigate this space with clarity and intention.

Before change, we design with your people and systems in mind, so the new model works in practice, not just on paper.

After change, we align systems, behaviours, and leadership practices to the new reality, so decisions happen where they should, culture catches up to structure, and momentum builds.

My background blends organisational psychology, Big 4 consulting, and finance. I understand how people, systems, and strategy connect. What I’ve learnt: transformation isn’t about disruption. It’s about alignment.

At the heart of my work is the knowing that growth doesn’t need to be loud to be powerful.
