About me
Hello, I'm Ami!
I am Ami. I work with organisations and leaders to align organisational systems with strategy and values to inform decisions and actions.
My background blends organisational psychology, Big 4 consulting, and finance. I have spent years understanding how people, systems, and strategy connect. What I have learnt is that real transformation starts with decision making aligned to values and strategy.
At the heart of my work is the knowing that growth doesn’t need to be loud to be powerful.
I work in rhythm with leaders and organisations, focusing on relationships, alignment, and deep foundations. When those are strong, culture and strategy have room to flourish.
I support clients to align values, behaviours, and systems in ways that feel natural, clear, and lasting. Whether I’m working with a founder, a leadership team, or across an organisation, the goal is always the same: meaningful and sustainable transformation.
